I'm a PhD student in the Stein lab at OICR, supervised by Dr. Lincoln Stein. My research focuses on modelling single-cell perturbation screens (Perturb-seq) in silico — building computational tools to predict and interpret how genetic perturbations reshape gene expression at scale.
Previously, I completed an MSc in Bioinformatics working on predicting drug response from transcriptomic data, and a BSc in Computational Biology with a minor in Computer Science.
